He should be comfortable working with a Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP) environment and must be able to clearly understand requirements and ask questions to obtain clarity when in doubt.
• Experience of developing / integrating CRM & CMS systems using Open Source technologies (SugarCRM, vTiger, Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress, PHP, Ajax, MySQL, smarty, solr, web services) is a must.
